I acknowledge that all purchased (except software) are refundable within 3 calendar days based on the return of all course materials received in new condition less a 15% restocking/ cancellation fee. In the event that I request a refund, I will contact IRCA in writing at robyn@irca-losangeles.com and robyn@prosperitythroughrealestate.com emails to receive a return authorization number. I must return materials in new condition with original wrapper within 3 days via FedEx or the package will not be refunded. If a live training has been attended within the 3 day calendar day period, this refund policy becomes null and void. If payments are requested, I authorize IRCA to charge my card without having the credit card holder sign the receipt. I promise to make on time payments.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone without prejudice. We reserve the right to make changes to our services, products or policies without any notice.

We are not responsible for any of your actions. Real Estate Investing Business and earnings derived therefrom involve unknown risks and is not suitable for everyone. You may not rely on information from our meetings and products presented unless you do with the knowledge and understanding that you can experience losses including the loss of monies paid to purchase products, operating and marketing any idea presented and further, you may have no earnings at all. You agree that we are not responsible for your success or failure in using this product or information received from our meetings.

I accept that under this agreement I have a duty to read this refund policy given to me and have done so. I attest to this duty and submit the order form execute this document. Furthermore, I understand and accept that I am stopped from using lack of reading as a defense against all remedies so contained herein.
